Placement test, original copy of the books, certificate and registration fees: GBP 25 = USD 34.
The cost of the summer program excludes airfare tickets.
Entrance tickets for tourist sites in Cairo are paid by each person.

Studying is 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
More than 40% of the classes concentrate on improving conversation and listening skills.
Before you start, you take an online oral and written placement exam to find your Arabic level.
A student who shows an advanced level and has no peers at the same level receives individual lessons for three hours a day instead of five.

Trips

Two free trips in Cairo

We explore the city's most remarkable historical and cultural landmarks: the pyramids, the Citadel of Saladin, ancient Egyptian mosques, the Grand Egyptian Museum, a safari trip in the Giza desert and a relaxing Nile tour.

A trip outside Cairo

Qortoba Institute will announce a special trip outside Cairo, likely to Alexandria and Faiyum, between the two programs — from 29 July to 3 August — at an exclusive rate. Details are announced three weeks before the trip.

Accommodation

Double or single rooms with AC, booked with your classes (see the prices above).
For families, Qortoba Institute can arrange a private luxury furnished apartment with full AC, approximately GBP 557 to 891 = USD 750 to 1200 per month, including bills.
Optional: an Arabic-speaking host in your apartment, to practise your Arabic with him, at a separate cost.

An online placement test before you start finds the right level for you. By the end of both programs you can complete 4 of the 16 levels offered by Qortoba.

Lessons follow the themes of Al-Arabiyya Bayna Yadaik, with additional materials by Qortoba Institute. For listening and conversation we use the videos of our YouTube channel.
