Finding a place to live in a foreign country can be a daunting task. The Qortoba Institute accommodation service is efficient and committed to meeting the housing requests of foreign students — luxurious housing that complements your life and study in Egypt.

Two ways we can help

Option 1

Before you arrive

We find you an apartment before you arrive in Egypt, after showing you photos and a video. You go straight from the airport to your flat.

Option 2

Choose it yourself

Choose your own apartment after you arrive, from a group of flats selected by Qortoba Institute. We advise you to stay in a hotel for 2 or 3 days until you have chosen.

For a 2 or 3 bedroom, fully furnished apartment near QIAS, per month:

Good to know

Students can share a flat and split the rent.
These estimates reflect current rents in summer and winter, but prices can change; Qortoba will do its best to tell you about any major change.
For short stays (under 3 months), landlords usually increase the rent by 15% to 20%.
In Egypt, landlords usually ask for one month's rent as a deposit. It is returned at the end of the contract if the apartment's contents and appliances are undamaged.
When QIAS finds you a flat, you pay QIAS 20% of one month's rent as commission (just once).
