• You must take an entrance exam upon registering for class.
  • You must provide your full name, date of birth and nationailty upon registration. 
  • Upon arrival in Egypt you must present your passport to QIAS administration, who will either scan or photocopy it and keep the copy on file.
  • All transactions, including verbal agreements are non binding and subject to change dependant on circumstances, availability and the discretion of the branch manager.
  • rivate tuition is based on a level by level basis; whereby a student will under normal circumstanceS be required to pay for and arrange their tuition on a monthly basis. Alternative arrangements are at the complete discretion of the branch manager
  • All timetabling, class schedules, classes, specific academic requests must be made through QIAS administration. Other students or teachers have no control of these administrational proceedures.
  • QIAS does not guarantee that you will have the same teacher for every level that is studied.
  • It is not permissible to ask any teacher to teach you any lessons privately outside of QIAS. This is in accordance with Islamic principles and Islamic behavior.
  • Class times and teachers will be determined by QIAS administration.
  • The leve a student studies in will be finalised by QIAS administration, based on the advice of teaching staff
  • Payment is due before your first class date; no class is assured until payment is received.
  • If payment of fees are delayed you will be excluded from class until all fees are paid.
  • Discounts/partial scholarships are given to students on an individual basis at the complete discretion of the branch manager.
  • All discounts are non binding and not guaranteed on a long term basis, the continuation of any given discount is at the complete discretion of the branch manager.
  • Where and when available students are able to sit in one class for free in order to observe the teacher and possible level in practice before comitting to paying for tuition one month in advance
  • You must be on time for your lessons
  • If you are over 30 minutes late for an individual private class, after 30 minutes of lateness you class will e cancelled without refund.
  • For group classes if a student is over 30 minute late then entry to the classroom may be forbidden to the student, entrance will be at the complete discretion of the teacher of that class, whose permission must be sought.
  • You must pass your exam and finish all course work before going on to the next level.
  • All students must complete the end of level exam.
  • If a student misses an exam they must complete it before the next scheduled class period.
  • Homework in group classes is compulsory and will count towards your final grade, which will determine if you continue to the next level
  • All tuition fees are non refundable.
  • Refunds are only given when the institute is proven to be fault and at the complete discretion of the manager.
